1) What is Qvolta service?

Qvolta – is free and the fastest way to transfer money to your relatives in other countries and continents at the market exchange rate. This came to reality thanks to utilizing a stable USDT cryptocurrency – its exchange rate is fixed and is tied to US dollar.

4) How to buy USDT
  • Open Buy section in your personal account and choose the amount of USDT you would like to purchase. After that you can apply the following filters: choose currency your payment will be performed in (USD, EUR, RUB or CNY), choose your country and the payment method, then click on Search button.
  • You will receive a list of traders who sell USDT that meet your requirements.
  • Chose trader and click on Buy button. Every trader has a fixed price that is equal to USD rate + 2%.
  • You will be redirected to the following page, where you need to specify transaction's parameters and click on a Send Request button.
  • At this point requested amount of USDT transfers from trader’s wallet to a deposit on the Qvolta platform.
  • Then you will be redirected to the transaction page where a chat with the trader will take place.
  • Upon completing your payment you need to click on I have paid button.
  • After the trader confirms the receipt of your payment you will receive the purchased cryptocurrency into your Qvolta wallet.
  • When your transaction is completed you can rate your trader on a five-point scale – you will see a Rate button with the name of the other transaction participant. If the trader doesn't respond for a long time you can cancel your transaction by clicking on «Cancel trade request» button.
    You can attach a document confirming your payment as well as send your verification card in the chat window, In case of any problems click on the «Report problem» button – it will open a chat with customer support representative, who will solve any problems that may occur.

5) How to sell USDT

If you want to sell USDT you need to do the following:


  • Open Sell section in your personal account, choose the amount of USDT you would like to sell. Then you can use the following filters: choose the currency you want to receive your payment in (USD, EUR, RUB or CNY), choose your country and the payment method for your transaction. Click the Search button.
  • You will receive a list of traders who want to buy cryptocurrency and who meet your requirements.
  • Choose a trader and click on Sell button. The price is fixed for every trader and is equal to the USD rate + 2%.
  • You will be redirected to the next page where you can specify transaction parameters if necessary and click on «Send Request» button.
  • At this point, the amount of cryptocurrency you want to sell will be transferred from your Qvolta wallet into a deposit on the platform.
  • You wil be redirected to the transaction page, where a chat with a trader takes place.

  • Once you receive a payment you need to confirm it by clicking the «I received payment» button. Then you will see Rate user button, clicking on this button you can rate buyer on a five-point scale. If the trader doesn't respond for a long time, click on «Report a problem» button. Customer support will cancel transaction manually if payment was not completed by the trader. In such a case, cryptocurrency will go back to your Qvolta wallet.

6) What payment methods does Qvolta support?

Qvolta wallet supports all popular payment methods available in the countries of its operation. You can choose the one that works for you in the Buy and Sell section using the drop-down list in the Payment method category.

7) Can I buy less than 1 USDT on a Qvolta platform?

No, the minimum amount of transaction is 1 USDT

8) How can I send USDT from the Qvolta wallet to a third-party wallet?

To do this, you need to perform the following actions:


  • open your Qvolta wallet,
  • click on Send USDT button,
  • enter the address of the wallet you want to transfer cryptocurrency into,
  • enter the amount of USDT you want to transfer - the cost will be displayed in the fiat currency you need (USD, EUR, RUB or CNY),
  • You can then write a comment on the payment (optional field),
  • Click on a Send button.
9) How can I send USDT from a third-party wallet to the Qvolta wallet?

Go to your Qvolta personal account, select necessary cryptocurrency in the left upper corner, scroll down to the wallet section and click Receive USDT button. You will see the address of your Qvolta wallet in the form of a QR code, as well as in the format of the alphanumeric code. Now you only need to transfer USDT from a third-party wallet to this address.

10) How can I receive my USDT after purchasing it in Qvolta?

15) How can I change language of the website and personal account?

The language of the website can be changed in the footer (bottom of the Home page) by clicking on the corresponding icon. In your personal account, you can switch languages in the bottom left corner.

16) What is a verification card?

It is a card that is created during the user's verification and contains his/her First and Last name. Such information is required in order to prevent fraud while using different payment methods. Users can request this information from each other if necessary.

Solving problems with the transaction

1) I made a deal, but trader doesn't respond, what should I do?

If you started buying or selling cryptocurrency, but trader did not respond in the chat, click on Cancel trade request button. The transaction will be canceled and you will be able to start looking for another trader.

2) Who has the right to cancel the transaction?

The right to cancel the transaction belongs to the party that enters the deal using fiat currency (USD, EUR, RUB, CNY etc.) i.e. buyer. The party that enters the deal with USDT cannot cancel the deal because of security matter, as seller's USDT is transferred into a deposit on Qvolta platform and it is kept there until the transaction is completed.

3) How can seller cancel a transaction if the buyer doesn't respond?

You need to click on Report a problem button, it will open a chat with a customer support representative, who will cancel the transaction manually in case the payment hasn't been completed by the buyer. After that the USDT will return into seller's Qvolta wallet from the deposit on the platform.

4) How can I open a dispute, when there is a problem with a payment of another party?

You need to click on Report a problem button on the page of transaction and customer support team will solve your issue.

5) How will I (trader) receive a notification about incoming transaction if I am not online?

Text message will be sent to the phone number submitted during your verification.

Transactions and personal data security

1) How can I improve the security of my account?

For this purpose, we developed Qvolta Wall and Qvolta Security security systems. They must be connected to your account.

2) What is Qvolta Wall?

This is the system detecting location from where user logged in the last time. In case of authorization from a new location, user will be sent an email with a link in it. Only by opening this link user will be able to log into his/her wallet. This is necessary for preventing hacking of the account. This system can be enabled in your personal account in the Security section.

3) What is Qvolta Security?

Qvolta security is a mobile app for the code generator, which you can download in Google Pay and App Store. User is provided with a one-time code displayed in this app for every logging into Qvolta wallet. Moreover, one-time code is used by user to confirm funds withdrawal from Qvolta wallet as well.

4) How does Qvolta wallet protect you against fraud?

Qvolta acts as a guarantor of all transactions on selling or buying cryptocurrency, which is conducted in it. At the moment of transaction seller’s cryptocurrency is deposited (being secured as a deposit) by Qvolta platform until the following actions take place:

  • Buyer will send a payment to the seller,
  • Seller will confirm receiving the payment.
After that cryptocurrency from deposit on the platform transfers to the Qvolta wallet of the buyer.

5) What is the difference between confirmed and not confirmed ratings?

Rating is considered confirmed if it was left by a user that has completed at least 30 transactions. Otherwise, the rating is considered not confirmed.

6) Can I change my rating?

Unfortunately, this option is not provided.

7) What do we need verification for?

Verification of all Qvolta users is an important security measure to avoid fraud.

8) Why can't I transfer all cryptocurrency I have available in my wallet?

To confirm every transaction with cryptocurrency Bitcoin and Ethereum networks charge a small commission. That's why we block that commission beforehand to prevent negative balance in your wallet.

9) How does Qvolta customer support work?

You can refer to a customer support representative in your personal account in Support section. Every request generates a ticket that is displayed in the same section. You can also chat with a customer support representative on the page of transaction by clicking on a Report a problem button. Moreover, you can contact customer support representative from the home page of the website.

10) I transferred cryptocurrency from my wallet, but it is not visible to an accepting party

Transactions processing takes from 10 to 60 minutes regardless of whether you send cryptocurrency to your Qvolta wallet or from your Qvolta wallet to a third-party wallet. Transactions between Qvolta wallets are conducted instantly.

11) I don't remember my email and I forgot the password for my Qvolta wallet

If you forgot your username, email or the password you used for Qvolta, contact our customer support and they will solve the issue as soon as possible.

12) I lost my smartphone with Qvolta Security installed

When you install Qvolta Security on your mobile device, you are required to save the recovery code, that is stated in your personal account in Security section. You can retrieve your access to Qvolta Security from any other device using this code. All you need to do is to download and install the app.

13) What commission is charged with sending cryptocurrency from Qvolta wallet?

There is no commission charged by Qvolta for sending cryptocurrency. Nevertheless, Bitcoin and Ethereum networks themselves charge commissions in favor of miners for transaction confirmation.

Trading on a Qvolta platform

1) How can I start trading?

Anybody can start trading on Qvolta. In order to do so you need to have a deposit of 300 USTD available in your Qvolta wallet, which can be withdrawn from the platform at any time. Trading commission is withdrawn from your balance automatically in QVT tokens and is equal to 0.5% of every transaction.

2) How can I create the Ads?

You can create an ad in your personal account in My Ads section. In order to do so you need to go to the section mentioned above, click on Create button and specify all required parameters. Already created ads can also be edited in this section. The trading commission is withdrawn from your balance automatically in QVT tokens and is equal to 0.5% of every transaction.

3) Who can create Ads?

Ads can be created by any Qvolta wallet holder with a deposit of 300 USDT, which can be withdrawn from the platform at any time. Trading commission is withdrawn from your balance automatically in QVT tokens and is equal to 0.5% of every transaction.

4) What kind of prices can I use in my Ad?

You can choose only a fixed price, USDT rate is fixed on the platform and is equal to the rate of USD + 2%.This applies to both buying and selling.

5) Maintaining the liquidity of created ads in cryptocurrency

Qvolta has the following system of maintaining liquidity: if the amount of remaining cryptocurrency in trader’s wallet does not correspond to the maximum limit of selling cryptocurrency in the ad created by the trader, then such ad will not be displayed in the search results.

6) Buyer made a deal but stopped responding in the chat with the trader. What should I do?

You need to click on Report a problem button and customer support representative will solve the issue manually. If buyer didn't complete the payment, cryptocurrency will return to your Qvolta wallet.

7) How can I open a dispute if there is a problem with a payment by another party?

You need to click Report a problem button on the page of transaction and customer support representative will resolve the issue.

8) How can I buy QVT tokens?

You can buy them on Qvolta platform in Buy section from independent traders using any local payment method. Also they can be purchased on the centralized stock market OKEx at the exchange rate.

9) How many ads can I create?

Initially, you can create a maximum of 5 ads. After the amount of transactions reaches 150 000 USDT, you can create another 5 ads and so on.
